Job Overview
The Human Resource Assistant provides administrative and operational support to the Human Resources department. The role assists with recruitment, employee records, onboarding, attendance, staff welfare, HR documentation, and general HR activities while ensuring confidentiality and accurate record keeping
What You'll Do
Assist with recruitment and selection processes, including posting vacancies and screening applications.
Schedule interviews and communicate with candidates.
Prepare employment and onboarding documents for new employees.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee personnel files and HR records.
Assist with employee onboarding, orientation, and induction.
Monitor attendance, leave, and staff records.
Assist in preparing HR reports, letters, memos, and other correspondence.
Support payroll administration by providing accurate employee information and attendance records.
Respond to employees' routine HR-related questions and direct complex matters to the appropriate HR officer.

What You'll Need
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
Previous experience in HR or administrative work is an advantage.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel.
Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality.
Good interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
Previous experience in HR or administrative work is an advantage.
