Key Responsibilities
• Plant, cultivate, and harvest crops.
• Prepare fields and soil for planting.
• Water crops and maintain irrigation systems.
• Remove weeds and assist with pest control.
• Operate and maintain basic farming tools and equipment.
• Sort, clean, pack, and prepare produce for storage or shipment.
• Feed and care for livestock (where applicable).
• Keep farm buildings, equipment, and work areas clean and organized.
• Follow workplace health and safety guidelines.
• Perform other farm duties as assigned.
Requirements
• Previous farm experience is an advantage but not required.
• Physically fit and able to perform manual labor.
• Willing to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
