Job Overview
A Warehouse Associate is responsible for receiving, storing, organizing, and distributing products within a warehouse. They ensure inventory is handled accurately and efficiently while maintaining a safe and clean work environment.
What You'll Do
1. Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments.
2. Sort, label, and store products in designated locations.
3. Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
4. Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
5. Maintain accurate inventory records and perform cycle counts.
6. Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently.
7. Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations.
8. Report damaged products, equipment issues, or inventory discrepancies.
9. Follow company policies and procedures regarding safety and quality standards.

What You'll Need
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous warehouse experience is an asset but not always required.
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 50 lbs/23 kg or more).
• Basic math and computer skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication and time-management skills.
